Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a senior leader in Business Development – Strategy & Program Development to drive enterprise growth for MDC2 and related programs. You will interface with executives, Army/Navy customers, and internal teams to shape opportunities and capture plans.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience guiding large defense programs, with a focus on E-2D and related platforms. Candidates must hold a Top Secret clearance or be eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, strategy, capture management, or program management in the defense or aerospace sectors.
• Active DoD clearance required (Secret/Top-Secret) or willingness to obtain.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and complex campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for a portfolio of advanced communications programs and pursuits within MDC2.
• Coordinate across multiple program teams to grow the opportunity pipeline with DoN, Navy, and DoD customers.
• Develop and execute strategies; shape investments and manage capture plans across gates.
