Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8 years DoW-related experience or Master's with 6 years.
Ability to analyze broad issues and influence senior decision-makers.
Experience in business development, capture, or related field.
Knowledge of DoW acquisition, requirements, and budget processes.

Responsibilities

Support business opportunity pipeline with Salesforce dashboards and analysis.
Coordinate customer engagements and plan communications with senior leaders.
Prepare and coordinate inputs across strategy, BD, and capture teams.
Lead internal reviews and maintain alignment with policy and budgeting efforts.
