West Cary Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development Operations to turn opportunities into compelling, well-scoped proposals. You will own proposals from intake to submission, coordinate cross-functional contributors and ensure timely, compliant, on-brand deliverables.

The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in the office; you bring 5+ years in business development operations or proposal management, and you can stretch complex requirements into organized responses that win

Competenze

• Experience writing and managing proposals, RFPs, SOWs or other complex client-facing documents.
• Ability to understand a requester’s business needs and present why West Cary Group is the right solution.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Own the proposal, RFP development, SOWs and Task Orders from intake to submission.
• Coordinate timelines, reviews, approvals and deliverables to ensure on-time submissions.
• Review RFPs for gaps, risks and ambiguities and manage Q&A process and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities from multiple channels and maintain visibility into active outcomes.
• Develop proposals and related documents, translating expert input into client-facing content.
