Job summary

Ericsson is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. You will lead high-value deals, build a strategic pipeline, and engage senior stakeholders to position Ericsson as a digital financial infrastructure partner. Hybrid role with onsite work three days a week in preferred U.S.

offices, including Santa Clara, CA. Travel about 50% may be required. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech clients.
• Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across USA and target segments.
• Drive consultative and solution selling to address customer needs.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline and strategic accounts; lead end-to-end sales cycles.
• Close multi-million-dollar platform or services led engagements.
• Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals.
• Maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
