Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Marketing & BD Manager to support the energy & infrastructure practice with a focus on digital infrastructure. You will coordinate marketing activities, events, proposals, and market research, reporting to the Associate Director BD for Energy & Infrastructure and with oversight from the BD Manager for Project Finance.

The role requires 5–7 years in business development or marketing within professional services.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of relevant business development or marketing experience in professional services.
• Energy and infrastructure sector experience is beneficial for supporting the practice.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing content.
• Professional presence and ability to work with partners and senior professionals.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned practice groups and support BD needs.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute business development and marketing initiatives.
• Identify prospective clients and track outreach, pursuits, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate to support cross-selling opportunities across practices and offices.
• Draft pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations with timelines and delivery.
• Maintain practice materials, experience lists, and client-facing collateral.
• Prepare submissions for awards, directories, and league tables with partners.
• Work with Communications on press releases and thought leadership.
• Evaluate sponsorships, memberships, speaking engagements, and conferences.
• Support planning and execution of practice events and webinars; track outcomes.
• Assist onboarding and BD support for lateral partners.
• Collaborate with BD, Communications, Recruiting, and other functions to provide coordinated support.
• Supervise a BD Coordinator as needed.
