You will manage client contacts, matter tracking, and league table submissions, coordinating with PR and communications to ensure visibility in target markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Must possess enthusiasm and dedication to the development of a professional services marketing/BD career.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks, solve problems and support team priorities.
• Interest in, and willingness to develop understanding of Energy & Infrastructure sectors, including digital infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular update of marketing content, including attorney bios, descriptions, and news items for website and materials.
• Collect and maintain representative matters, client and industry lists for marketing materials.
• Maintain and improve data management processes, including client records and league table info.
• Draft responses to RFPs, pitches, and business development presentations.
• Prepare, review and revise directory and award submissions; analyze results.
