Milbank is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for Project Finance to support marketing and BD activities in Energy & Infrastructure, with a focus on digital infrastructure. You will help manage content, client data, and league tables, while drafting pitches and coordinating events.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years marketing experience in professional services, and a bachelors degree in marketing. The role is based in New York City with compensation in the mid-$60K to mid-$80K range.

Competenze

• Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks and support team priorities.
• Interest in developing working understanding of Energy & Infrastructure sectors, including digital infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Coordinate regular update of marketing content on the firm website and materials (biographies, office descriptions, news).
• Collect and maintain representative matters, client and industry lists for marketing materials.
• Maintain data management processes, client contact records, matter details and league table data for accuracy.
• Draft responses to RFPs, customized pitches and BD presentations.
• Prepare and revise directory and award submissions with partners to ensure timely submission and analysis of results.
• Oversee inventory of practice area brochures and collateral for marketing use.
• Coordinate client-focused events and sponsorships, including invitations, materials, ROI measurement and follow-up.
