Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth in clinical research services. The role focuses on securing new client partnerships across pharma, biotech, and medtech, while expanding service offerings globally.

You will lead proposals, pricing, and bid defence, building a consultative relationship with clients and collaborating with regulatory, clinical, and operations teams to exceed sales targets. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–7 years of business development experience within a CRO or clinical research environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, outsourcing models, and regulatory processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharma, biotech, and medtech.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.
• Lead proposal development, pricing, and bid defence processes.
• Develop strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, and operational teams to meet client needs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and virtual events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy.
