Job summary

Impact Housing in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead front-end prospecting, lead generation and BD operations. You will own outreach execution, CRM and reporting, guiding prospects from first contact to contracted appointments, and manage a small team including a business development analyst.

We value a strategic, data-driven leader who can build repeatable systems, coach the team, and leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in B2B business development, sales development or revenue operations.
• Experience in a metrics-driven sales or business development organization; proven outbound lead generation and team leadership.
• Strong CRM proficiency, analytical reporting capabilities and ability to build scalable operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve the team’s outreach KPIs across cold and warm calls, email outreach and other channels.
• Manage prospect engagement from first contact through contracted appointment; handoffs to project managers.
• Develop segmented target lists, outreach messaging and coordinated prospecting campaigns.
