APPLY is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Sports & Media vertical. You will build trusted relationships, originate opportunities, and run complex enterprise sales cycles with independence and accountability.

You will own a portfolio of priority accounts, shape opportunities, and collaborate with Pursuit Ops to move deals from engagement to close, targeting $3M+ annual revenue in your first full year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, ABM, or GTM-adjacent roles.
• Experience with full sales cycle is preferred.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing principles and tools.
• Experience with sports, entertainment, media, or live experiences is a real asset.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and agentic workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build awareness and generate your own leads.
• Design and execute ABM outreach sequences tailored to each account.
• Prepare pre-call intelligence packages and talking-point briefs.
• Lead pursuit activities from initial engagement through close.
• Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and deal status updates.
