Job summary

Impact Housing in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development to lead front-end prospecting, manage CRM, and drive outreach from first contact to contracted appointments. You will build repeatable processes, coach a small team, use AI and automation, and collaborate with leadership to plan campaigns, events, and partnerships.

This role requires strategic vision and execution in a fast-paced modular housing company.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive B2B business development or revenue operations experience.
• Experience in outbound lead generation and team leadership in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong CRM, analytics, and scalable operating system skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation for processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, pipeline management, and KPI attainment across channels.
• Identify, engage and qualify developers, owners and partners; secure intro meetings.
• Oversee CRM data quality, reporting dashboards, and SOPs for outreach.
• Plan campaigns, manage LinkedIn presence, and coordinate conferences.
• Coach and evaluate the BD team and support onboarding.
