Job summary

Research Innovations, Inc. seeks a Cyber Director of Business Development to lead BD and capture activities in the Offensive Cyber domain. You will direct strategy, pipeline development, and customer engagement with defense and homeland security customers.

You will partner with program managers and technical leads to craft proposals, manage risk, and drive win strategies. Travel ~25% and active Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of industry experience with at least 5 years in BD or capture management.
• Proven success in winning contracts ranging from $1M+ to $100M.
• Strong network within the DoW and/or Intelligence Community; experience with OCO/CNO programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a comprehensive business development and capture portfolio within Offensive Cyber.
• Develop and maintain growth strategies and pipeline by engaging existing programs and new customers.
• Identify, qualify, and lead strategic campaigns to secure new contracts or task orders.
• Serve as primary customer and external stakeholder contact for capture efforts.
• Lead engagements to align customer needs with RII capabilities and mission objectives.
• Develop capture strategies, pricing approaches, and competitive assessments.
• Lead content development for SOWs, ROMs, and cost proposals, guiding engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to create prototypes and demonstrations.
