The Weitz Company seeks a Sr. Business Development Manager to grow the Industrial Business Unit. Advanced Manufacturing experience is required.

You will work with the business development team to pursue and develop client relationships, research market trends, and assist in proposals and plans. The role may involve supervisory responsibilities of marketing support personnel and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, construction engineering, or business.
• MBA is helpful but not required.
• Five years of experience in the construction industry; 10+ years in business development with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales opportunities to win projects and meet division goals.
• Maintain and expand networks with clients, designers, CRE, and related firms to generate leads.
• Ensure high-quality responses to RFQs/RFPs and professional presentation materials.
• Utilize CRM and marketing databases to track progress and market trends.
• Assist in strategic planning, advertising, and public relations as needed.
• Supervise marketing support personnel as applicable.
