You will work with the business development group to grow the client base by pursuing and developing relationships with current and potential clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, construction engineering, or business (or equivalent).
• MBA preferred but not required; exposure to PR, advertising, communications or journalism helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales opportunities leading to projects.
• Track progress against sales calls and division goals.
• Build and maintain networks with clients, designers, CRE groups, civic groups, and related firms to generate new leads.
• Serve as chief salesperson and public representative when requested.
• Ensure high-quality RFQ/RFP responses and materials.
