Job summary

E Tech Group is expanding its team and seeks a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to fuel growth across markets. You will spearhead new business acquisitions, forge strategic client relationships, and craft expansion strategies to amplify market presence.

The role requires deep insights into engineering solutions, exceptional communication, and a proven knack for negotiating high‑impact deals that drive revenue. Travel is expected 40%–60% with a base salary and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in engineering solutions, industrial automation, or controls.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and sales tools and an established network.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and grow the existing portfolio.
• Master solution selling by understanding client challenges and positioning E Tech Group's engineering solutions.
• Position E Tech Group as a main automation partner with high-level relationships at corporate accounts.
• Craft compelling, value-driven proposals and pursue project orders.
• Manage pipelines and forecasts to optimize services and materials mix.
• Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on initiatives and market trends.
• Embodies company core values and supports colleagues' development.
