• Five years in the construction or related industry is required.
• Experience in business development and/or marketing with proven management experience is preferred.
• Experience in public relations, advertising, or communications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales opportunities that will lead to successful projects.
• Track progress against sales calls and goals as established for the division.
• Initiate, expand, and maintain networks with current and potential clients to generate new business leads.
• Pursue sales opportunities to achieve volume and gross profit goals and serve as chief salesperson when needed.
• Assure high-quality RFQs/RFPs responses and professional presentation materials.
