Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to own the US integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) business development. You will manage the pipeline, forecast, and bookings across Army, Navy, Air Force, MDA, and joint programs, starting before Requirements are written.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in business development, capture, program management, requirements, or defense acquisition in air/missile defense.
• Proven success shaping and capturing US air and missile defense programs with documented awards.
• Experience with programs and offices listed in the US IAMD portfolio and related defense entities.
• Strong written and verbal communication to brief general officers and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the US IAMD pipeline and bookings for the portfolio; set pursuit strategy and forecast.
• Shape programs before they are written by engaging program offices and capability developers early.
• Lead end-to-end captures, including competitive assessment, pricing posture, and proposal strategy.
• Translate customer requirements into a product roadmap that Engineering can build against.
• Build and manage teaming relationships with primes and subs, balancing collaboration and competition.
• Navigate multiple acquisition pathways, including OTAs and traditional programs of record.
• Represent Anduril as a senior technical and commercial voice with leadership and external forums.
