Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior professional to own the business development across US integrated air and missile defense (IAMD). You will manage the pipeline, forecast, and bookings commitments, engaging program offices and operational units early to shape architecture and requirements.

You will drive captures end to end, translate customer needs into a product roadmap, and build strategic teaming relationships.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant business development, capture, program management, requirements, or defense acquisition experience, with the majority in air defense, missile defense, or integrated fires.
• Demonstrated success shaping and capturing US air and missile defense programs, with specific awards you can discuss in detail.
• Working knowledge of US IAMD portfolio and related systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the US IAMD pipeline including number, pursuit strategy, pipeline of record, forecast, and bookings commitment.
• Shape programs before they are written by engaging program offices, requirements sponsors, and capability development organizations.
• Run captures end to end, including competitive assessment, teaming strategy, price-to-win posture, and proposal strategy with Capture and Proposal Operations.
• Translate customer requirements into the product roadmap, conveying what is needed to Product and Engineering.
• Build teaming relationships with primes and subcontractors, recognizing when subcontracting is the right path.
• Navigate acquisition pathways (OTAs, open solicitations, middle tier, software pathways, traditional programs).
• Represent Anduril as a senior technical and commercial voice to leadership and forums.
