Anduril Industries in Washington, DC seeks a senior business development professional to own the US integrated air and missile defense pipeline. You will carry the forecast, bookings and pursue high-stakes programs across Army, Navy, Air Force and MDA.

You will lead competitive captures, shape requirements, and translate customer needs into a roadmap for Product and Engineering, while building strong cross-functional teams and partnerships.

Formación

• 10–15 years in BD/capture/PM/acquisition in defense.
• Proven success shaping and capturing US IAMD programs.
• Deep knowledge of the US IAMD portfolio and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own US IAMD pipeline, set pursuit strategy and bookings.
• Engage program offices early to influence architecture.
• Run captures end-to-end: assessment, price-to-win & proposals.
• Translate customer needs into a product roadmap.
• Build teaming relationships with primes and subs.
• Navigate OTAs and traditional programs of record.
• Represent Anduril to senior military and acquisition leadership.
