Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior business development leader to own the US integrated air and missile defense pipeline across Army, Navy, and Air Force initiatives. You will carry the forecast, bookings, and engage early in requirements discussions with programs and operational units.

You will drive captures end to end, translate customer needs into a roadmap for Product and Engineering, and build strategic teaming with primes and subsystems. Travel up to 65% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant business development, capture, program management, or defense acquisition experience, with the majority in air defense or missile defense.
• Demonstrated success shaping and capturing US air and missile defense programs, with identifiable awards and roles.
• Active U.S. security clearance (required).
• Willingness to travel up to 65%, including Huntsville, DC, test ranges, and operational units.

Responsibilities

• Own the US IAMD pipeline and the bookings for the portfolio.
• Shape programs before they are written by engaging program offices and requirements sponsors early.
• Run captures end to end, including competitive assessment, price-to-win, and proposal strategy.
• Translate customer requirements into a product roadmap that product and engineering can build against.
• Build and manage teaming relationships with primes and subsystem suppliers.
• Work the full range of acquisition pathways, including OTAs and traditional programs.
• Represent Anduril as a senior technical and commercial voice with senior leaders.
