Lockheed Martin Corporation in the U.S. is seeking a Business Development Principal to drive growth across the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) portfolio.

You will partner with program management, engineering, and technology groups to translate customer needs into actionable business opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing capability gaps, pursuing new business opportunities, developing capture plans, and coordinating with Army and defense stakeholders to align long-range

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Final Secret clearance required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in U.S. military, U.S. Government, or tech industry.
• Subject matter expert on U.S. Armed Forces AMD programs.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and JCIDS.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer capability gaps and advocate advanced technology solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within IAMD lines.
• Develop and execute capture plans aligned with Army and joint strategies.
• Coordinate with Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive and stakeholders for long-range plans.
• Support integration of IAMD systems into regional and homeland defense architectures.
