Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration or a related field and thirteen or more years of progressively complex experience in business development.
• Demonstrates technical expertise in program management principles and leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to develop solutions across program requirements and interface with multiple stakeholders, including government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the execution of enterprise and IC and offset deliverables.
• Support Business Development capture teams in pursuit of new business.
• Lead enterprise-wide endeavors to satisfy IC and Offset commitments.
• Act as liaison between senior leadership, management and key stakeholders for planning and resolution of issues related to industrial cooperation and offset.
• Coordinate with GA-ASI stakeholders and international program offices to plan international cooperation and offset opportunities.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Identify and assess program issues and develop solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Manage offset obligation and industry teammates, align suppliers with GA objectives, support contract negotiations.
