Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in contract administration or related discipline, plus ten or more years of progressive experience.
• Thorough understanding of contract principles, regulations, and standards, with broad application across practices.

Responsibilities

• Review bids and proposals to ensure compliance with company policy, export regulations, and customer requirements.
• Lead or support complex negotiations with customers as needed.
• Coordinate with Law, Strategic Development, Program Management, Engineering, Pricing, Subcontracts, International Trade Compliance, and Finance for input and alignment.
• Review and negotiate terms for non-disclosure, teaming, license, and MOUs.
• Interface with Law Department to modify contract documents and terms.
• Maintain customer relations for assigned international contracts and awards.
• Identify contract issues and provide innovative solutions to leadership.
