Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, headquartered in the Camden area, is seeking a Lead, Business Development to drive growth in the Encryption Systems within the Maritime Sector. The role requires deep expertise in cryptographic systems, MILSATCOM, DoW acquisition, and a proven ability to lead capture efforts from identification through award with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate will influence strategic decisions, engage senior government and industry leaders, and develop engagement plans across DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Military experience in the relevant portfolio area is encouraged.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capture strategies to increase win rates and orders.
• Strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers to drive growth.
• Lead capture activities across the BD lifecycle from identification to award.
• Leverage DoW acquisition processes, BAAs, OTAs, and DIU initiatives.
• Apply MILSATCOM and encryption knowledge to identify opportunities and shape proposals.
• Prepare opportunity reviews and brief senior leadership on strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.
