L3Harris Technologies is seeking a high-energy Program Manager to lead growth and execution of Development programs within the Maritime Integrated Systems and Encryption business. Based in Camden Waterfront, this role oversees all aspects of contract execution with a matrixed organization, including customer relationships and cash performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Manager in a government contracting/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, minimum 16 years of prior related experience.
• Experience with Cost Plus and Fixed Price contracting.
• Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated including programs with customer reporting.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• PMP Certification or working towards certification (preferred).
• Onsite full-time at Camden Waterfront facility, in closed areas, SAPFs and/or SCIFs.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of program managers and IPTs across multiple sites.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance on multiple development, production and qualification efforts.
• Develop and maintain EVM baselines and perform planning, scheduling, budgeting.
• Coordinate with Master Schedulers/Planners and functional leadership.
• Travel up to 10%.
