Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a high-energy Program Manager to lead the growth and execution of Development programs within the Maritime Integrated Systems and Encryption business. Based in Camden, the PM will manage end-to-end lifecycle, drive competitive capture, and ensure profitability while coordinating with multiple IPTs and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing complex DoD programs, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Manager in a government contracting environment.
• Proven EVMS knowledge and reporting experience.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• Onsite work at Camden Waterfront facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers and IPTs across sites.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex programs.
• Develop WBS, project schedules, resource plans and risk strategies.
• Coordinate capture and proposal activities with Business Development.
