L3Harris Technologies in the Washington DC area is seeking a Senior Principal, Business Development to lead growth campaigns across the Maritime sector. You will reinforce relationships with DoW and US Navy customers, shape capture strategies, and coordinate internal teams to pursue new opportunities.

The role requires deep maritime systems knowledge, senior-level stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex technologies into customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 12+ years relevant experience
• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align objectives with priorities
• Plan and strategize to increase orders, bookings and captures
• Establish relationships with DoW and US Navy customers
• Identify new markets and opportunities to expand programs/products
• Translate technical concepts for customer engagement
