Regen Robotics seeks an experienced Business Development professional to lead commercial expansion in the Gulf Coast region. This senior role focuses on building strategic partnerships and driving sales in a technical oil & gas robotics context.

You will initiate client contact, present solutions, and develop growth strategies across the Gulf Coast USA, collaborating with the UK team to ensure seamless engagement and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ proven experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills in formal settings.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.

Responsibilities

• Initiate first contact with potential clients across target regions.
• Schedule and lead meetings to present Regen Robotics’ solutions.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions in the Gulf Coast USA.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with major oil companies and service providers.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior decision-makers.
• Represent Regen Robotics at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events globally.
• Collaborate with our UK team to ensure seamless client engagement and project delivery.
• Provide market insights to inform product development and strategic decisions.
