You will own account strategy, discovery-led selling, and end-to-end deal execution across Gulf of America and international markets, leveraging a deep network and executive-level negotiation skills. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable capabilities, forecast rigorously, and push for measurable commercial progress while maintaining

Qualifications

• 15+ years in offshore oil and gas business development, commercial leadership, logistics, or marine support.
• Demonstrated access to decision-makers and a record of turning relationships into results.
• International business development across offshore markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead focused market and account plan across Gulf of America and international markets.
• Access to decision-makers and build multiple relationships in target accounts.
• Conduct structured discovery to map current state, problems, and impact.
• Build quantified business cases validated by customers.
• Develop and convert opportunities into a named, funded pipeline.
• Own proposals, negotiations, and contract awards end-to-end.
• Translate customer needs into capability requirements with product teams.
• Provide feedback to product teams on performance and adoption barriers.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasts with evidence-based updates.
