Reporting directly to the Global Director of Clients and Industries, the AD of BD - Infrastructure seat is for a strategic leader who will be responsible for shaping and executing growth initiatives across the firm’s global Infrastructure Industry Group. Acting as a trusted senior advisor to global practice chairs and partner leadership, you will translate sector trends, market intelligence, and client analytics into high-impact business development and key account strategies. In this matrixed, cross-functional role, you will lead complex pitch pursuits, direct multi-disciplinary thought leadership and positioning campaigns, optimize sector client targeting, and drive operational excellence across regional marketing teams to maximize commercial return.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, analytical BD leader with substantial business development experience in a complex law firm or professional services environment, ideally with a focus on infrastructure, energy, capital projects, or private capital markets. You must demonstrate deep subject matter expertise in client account planning, pitch strategy, and global market positioning. You bring proven experience navigating matrixed global environments, influencing senior partners with confidence and diplomacy, and leading high-performing cross-functional projects that deliver measurable revenue impact.
