Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Senior BCBA for a full-time, in-person role at our Charlotte center. You will manage clinical outcomes, supervise teams, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Certification as BCBA with at least 3 years’ experience in autism
• CPR & First Aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain accurate audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.

Skills

3+ years BCBA experience
