Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead clinical quality with stable caseloads, strong operational support, and clinician growth. The role emphasizes ethical care, supervision of staff, and collaboration with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years to be eligible for senior level.
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams (preferred).
• Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms (preferred).
• Behavior Analyst Licensure "LBA" per state requirements (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and generalization across settings for long-term success.
