Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA services for pediatric clients in a flexible hybrid setting in the Phoenix area.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, coordinate with families and schools, and develop data-driven treatment plans to improve communication, social skills, and daily living abilities across clinic, home, and community environments.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with BACB and any Arizona state licensing requirements.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric populations, including autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills; able to manage a flexible hybrid workflow across clinic, home, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct behavioral and skill-level assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify strengths and developmental needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop data-driven ABA care plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) focusing on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervision & Oversight: Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity, clinical integrity, and ethical compliance.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Review data, track progress against goals, and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Lead parent meetings, provide training, and reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
