Job summary

Sora Resource Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs for pediatric clients with autism. Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing BCBA certification issued by the BACB, plus any state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a flexible hybrid workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-level assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify strengths and needs.
• Treatment Planning: develop data-driven ABA care plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical practice.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data, track progress, and adjust plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead parent meetings and provide training for home/community reinforcement.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child.
