Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a licensed BCBA in Phoenix to lead pediatric ABA programs across clinic, home, and community settings. The role focuses on assessing needs, building data-driven plans, and ensuring high-quality therapy.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, monitor progress, train caregivers, and collaborate with schools and healthcare teams to support each child’s development. A flexible hybrid schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification issued by BACB.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA programs for pediatric autism.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavior and skill levels (e.g., functional behavior assessments, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high-fidelity therapy and ethical compliance.
• Monitor ongoing data, track progress against goals, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families for parent/caregiver training and consistent strategies at home and in the community.
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across learning environments.
