Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across clinic and home settings in Glendale, AZ. You will supervise 8-10 RBTs, supervise treatment plans, and partner with families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The role emphasizes NET, Verbal Behavior, and EIBI strategies, with a focus on growth, teamwork, and compliance with BACB ethics. This is a full-time on-site position in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• 2-3 years BCBA experience.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Eligible for state licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 RBTs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct intake assessments and progress reviews.
• Coach families and provide parent trainings.
• Ensure 22 billable hours weekly and 240 direct hours.
