Job summary

Axis for Autism in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a clinical team across clinic, school, home, and community settings. You will supervise BCaBAs and RBTs while overseeing functional behavior assessments and individualized ABA-based programming.

The role involves collaborating with Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure high-quality care, supervision, and effective treatment plan implementation for clients in multiple environments.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience leading clinical teams and supervising RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and FBA processes.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians/RBTs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and design ABA-based programs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure quality of care and treatment plan implementation.
• Provide coaching and model best practices across clinic, school, home, and community settings.
