Job summary

Talentcare, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a team of assistant supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior technicians in delivering ABA-based treatment plans across clinics, schools, and homes in Gilbert and Phoenix, AZ.

You will conduct FBA assessments, develop and modify treatment plans, provide supervision, and ensure high quality care while upholding BACB ethical standards and HIPAA compliance. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• At least two years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in ABA.
• Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Develop and modify individualized ABA treatment plans and FBAs.
• Oversee treatment fidelity across environments (clinic, school, home).
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and ethical practice.
