Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA in South Charlotte, NC to lead clinical care in a center-based program for young children. The role emphasizes sustainable workloads, strong operational support, and clinician growth while focusing on meaningful client outcomes.

The position offers a competitive base salary ($90,000–$102,000 DOE) with quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000 and retention incentives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current and active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Certified as a BCBA for 3+ years to be eligible for senior level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration aligned with medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
