Opal Autism Centers in South Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, a 25-hour baseline billable target, small caseloads, and strong clinical and operational support.

As an independently owned ABA organization, we provide dedicated scheduling, administrative and clinical leadership support so BCBAs can focus on meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Aufgaben

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
