Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Senior BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead clinical work at our Pinehurst center. You’ll manage a sustainable caseload with strong operational support and ongoing professional development.

This in-person, center-based role offers a $90,000–$102,000 base salary plus retention up to $10k and quarterly bonuses up to $26k, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in ABA, psychology or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience working with individuals with autism.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct treatment integrity observations and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration with respect to medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state and payor requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings.
