Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to ensure optimal performance of Building Automation Systems across customer sites in Fort Bragg, NC and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot complex issues, install and tune BAS systems, and maintain documentation to ensure uptime and efficiency.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites, coordinating with the Field Service Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience installing, programming, maintaining and troubleshooting Building Automation Systems.
• Understanding of building codes and industry standards.
• Ability to meet background check requirements for federal projects and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex BAS issues.
• Install, configure, commission, and tune BAS per customer specs.
• Interpret drawings and specs to support BAS installation and integration.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service records.
