Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Automation Sr. Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize building automation systems for our customers.

The role reports to the Sr Service Manager and operates on-site from Acton, MA with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will diagnose complex BAS issues, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and provide consultative recommendations to improve energy efficiency, cybersecurity, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing and servicing BAS, HVAC controls, or related technologies.
• 3+ years BAS, HVAC controls, troubleshooting, DDC, and field service operations.
• Experience with Windows OS, Outlook, Excel, Word, and networked control systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls; perform preventive maintenance.
• Configure and troubleshoot BAS networks; support integration and security; collaborate with IT.
• Build trusted customer relationships; communicate findings; provide training; drive improvements.
• Follow safety policies; ensure codes compliance; document activities for compliance.
• Maintain tools/assets; participate in emergency response; pursue ongoing technical development.
