Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to support Building Automation Systems for customers, including Fort Bragg, NC and nearby areas. You will respond to complex service calls, troubleshoot, install, configure, and tune BAS to specifications, while maintaining documentation and ensuring up-time.

The role requires 2+ years in BAS with relevant certifications or a technical degree, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain security clearance for federal

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience installing, programming, maintaining and troubleshooting Building Automation Systems.
• An understanding of building codes, and industry standards.
• A valid driver’s license (REAL ID).
• Ability to meet the background check requirements for federal projects and obtain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex issues for Building Automation Systems.
• Install, configure, commission, and tune BAS to meet customer specifications and job requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and codes to support BAS design, installation and integration.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal BAS performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records for compliance and reporting.
• Travel to customer sites off post as needed, managing travel arrangements and reporting.
