Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and commissioning BAS or related building technologies.
• 5+ years hands-on BAS and integrated fire/life safety system experience and support roles.
• 5+ years interpreting drawings, wiring diagrams, and applicable codes; 5+ years leading field service tasks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple service calls and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of BAS and fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to field service technicians.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to implement effective solutions.
• Conduct testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance; maintain records.
