Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to ensure optimal performance of Building Automation Systems across customer sites in Fort Bragg, NC and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot complex issues, install and tune BAS systems, and maintain documentation to ensure uptime and efficiency.
Responsibilities include traveling to customer sites, coordinating with the Field Service Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
As Lead Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. The main function of this position is to respond and resolve complex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers for our Building Automation Systems. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, time and work material, and preventive maintenance. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, as well as their associated computer systems. Your expertise is to ensure system up-time, sustainability, productivity and efficiency of our customers' facilities.
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you will provide support for our customers at Fort Bragg, NC and surrounding areas.
