Job summary

BRG is expanding its Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice and seeking Managing/ Senior Managing Consultants to connect client objectives with data, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions. You will lead business analysis across complex workstreams, collaborate with pod leaders and technical leads, and drive delivery from discovery through adoption.

You will partner with multi-disciplinary teams to translate needs into requirements, define acceptance criteria, and help clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business transformation, business or technology analysis, or implementation, including experience leading workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience leading business or technology analysis for complex transformation or implementation work.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear process models, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in agile or multidisciplinary delivery teams and collaborating across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to facilitate workshops and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to clarify business problems and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
• Assess current-state processes, design future-state workflows and operating-model changes.
• Translate findings into build-ready user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
• Partner with technical architects and AI/data engineers to clarify requirements and feasibility.
• Refine backlog by business value and coordinate sprint planning, demonstrations, and iteration.
• Define success measures and track progress against agreed outcomes with clients.
• Coordinate day-to-day workstream delivery and surface risks to the pod leader.
