Job summary

BRG is building a new Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice, focusing on banking sector delivery in the United States. The role anchors accountable delivery leadership across engagements, from proposal through to handover, combining business priorities with technical execution to drive measurable improvements.

You will lead a multidisciplinary pod, collaborate with the technical lead, manage scope and budgets, and ensure client outcomes while expanding our practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting leadership roles owning engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Experience owning engagements and supporting business development, including scoping, leading teams, and managing client expectations.
• Financial services experience in consumer lending, commercial lending, payments, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Own engagements from proposal and scoping through implementation, adoption, and handover with accountability for client outcomes and delivery economics.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with the technical lead on architecture, feasibility, and risk management.
• Set direction, scope, pricing, and delivery plans; translate business problems into measurable outcomes and realistic commitments.
• Manage backlog priorities, planning, demonstrations, and client communications; ensure alignment of business and technical work.
• Build trusted client relationships and govern engagements with clear decisions and accountability.
