Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Benson, NC is hiring a Senior Sales & Service Representative to support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and by handling deposits, payments and digital access products.

You will identify and refer sales opportunities to bank partners, adapt to branch needs, and contribute to a positive customer experience in both transactional and sales contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in Sales or customer service; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or participation in a First Citizens career development program.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned.
• Engage with customers, prospects and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent the Bank in the community by attending and participating in civic and community events for CRA opportunities.
• Engage in sales practices to create value for both the customer and the bank.
• Appropriate partnering, planning and preparation occurs to ensure conversations provide the relevant financial guidance.
