Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience OR HS diploma with 5+ years in sales, service or lending; or completion of a bank program.
• Licensed Financial Services Representative prerequisites include Series 6/7, 63 and state life licenses.
• Experience in financial services sales or customer support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual or team sales, production and relationship targets.
• Proactively engage customers, prospects and referrals to generate new banking business.
• Provide customer service, guidance and financial products handling with accuracy and compliance.
• Represent the bank at community events to identify CRA opportunities and build relationships.
